I'm trying to claim a server and when i go to that server it states it cannot be scanned. What does that mean?

It means that GT cannot query the server, because the server is offline, being blocked on that port by a firewall, not reporting stats, etc. Has the server been online before? If so, did you make any changes that could have caused this?
