What happened with this server ?

It says that "This server has been detected to report fake or
idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked. " I play every day on it and i don't see fake or idle players we have sometimes afk players but every server have .

He don't have prove for this ban ... he just say " Scan your server for fake player's " and he's delete our topic's and suspend user's .
