Hi,

Everything has been working fine for months but gametracker was down last Wednesday and when it came back up our server (24.80.118.222:27910) page no longer had anything in the historical data graph - shows nothing for day, week or month - the player stats are still there though. And the server ranking graph shows a sudden sharp decline at about the same time...

I looked at a random selection of other servers and couldn't find any other with this sort of problem....?

The weekly and monthly graphs are temporarily disabled. Its difficult for me to say if there is a problem with the daily graph since there don't appear to be any players on your server at the moment.

Ahhh ok... we were down from late Wednesday until this morning so the display is right for today and that is just coincidentally the same as for the missing weekly ans monthly stats. Makes sense thanks! Still not sure why the ranking dropped so much in two days but I don't know the calculation so maybe two days off the air is enough to drop it 10 points.

Ummm yes? That's the server - when I look at it it shows "graph data not available for this period"... do you see something different?

Weird the quoted text was all that was visible the first time I replied, then extra text appeared in a few minutes... so ignore my first reply lol!

Weekly and Monthly graphs have been re-enabled. It looks like you had a few players on last night. Are you still noticing problems with your server's GameTracker.com page?

Mmm just that it shows 0 players for Wednesday night (server was down after that) when there were probably at least 6-8 players for a while (couple of hours at least)... but I'm guessing that had something to do with not being able to sign on the GameTracker site at all on Wednesday so things were not being recorded for a while?
