We've recently had a problem with our server being crashed quite often. However, recently after an attack the server is not being listed in the gametracker as online. It is online however and people playing.

The server is: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/69.9.170.50:10580/

Any info on what to do to get it listed again would be great.

Just realised that for some reason our address for the server is now 69.9.170.53:10580, even though the server host shows it to have the address of the one above.


Would there be a reason why the swat4 servers are showing this different address? Is it possible to put this up instead?

I would recommend contacting your server provider to get it working, as I am not able to scan the server on that port. They will be able to adjust the firewall settings for that server so that GameTracker is able to communicate with the server on that IP and query port.

Cheers for the fast reply. We have contacted the server provider and they will be changing it back the the original one shortly when matters have been sorted out.

We can consider this matter resolved as it is no longer a bug and thankyou for your time while we tried to get this sorted.
