Your game server provider should be able to assist you in resolving intermittent connection issues on your server's end.

Maybe I explained bad or you misunderstood, but while the server is totally on, sometimes GameTracker says the server is off, so I have to go to Manage and click on "Update scanning parameters" and then the server appear as Online again, or sometimes it says "Could not scan".
If its a server problem, where should I search to fix it? files? configuration files? my game server provider? if that's the case, what should I ask for? "Gametracker cant scan my server?" Thank you and sry for my bad english. EDIT: Now, each 2 minutes the server appear as offline (but actually is online) so as I said I have to go to Manage and click on "Update scanning parameters" and then appear online again for some minutes, then after some minutes it says its offline again :S So I dont think this is a firewall/server problem, since some days ago it worked fine, and now appears online some minutes and off later. This started after the "Variables" feature was added.

The server is showing as offline on the GameTracker website and I am unable to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org) from my local computer. Unfortunately, GameTracker cannot scan the server and display the server's status if it is being blocked. Your game server provider should be knowledgeable enough to fix these issues. It could be due to a misconfiguration of a firewall, connection issues with the server box, or many more possible issues.
