I went to the site Whatismyip.com en i also used that ip adress to make a server and still don,t work but this time they did not said that private ip adresses can not be scanned they says:One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning
What is have to do now??

I would recommend following those suggestions first.
1. Your server needs to be online so that there will be something for the website to scan.
2. You need to check the firewall to make sure that the scanning is not being blocked on the server's assigned port. You can find the steps to doing this in the firewall's manual if you do not know how. Also, if there is a router, you may need to portforward the appropriate port.

If you have a game server provider, they would be the best group to contact to get it working.

Gameserver provider is the hoster where you buy that server. When you host server logic server will be online.
