ı couldnt add my server .my server ip is 85.14.233.214:25200.

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning"
any admin can add ?

I had our servers all tracking correctly via GameTracker but it is now defaulting to the wrong query port for 2 of them. When I try to update it, it won't take the correct query port.

Any suggestions?

Hope Gametracker takes care of that issue soon as we are losing stats as our 4 servers on the dedi (2x 64 and 2x 32) are completely full since hours and on our website you see 4 "dead" servers.

That is frustrating and makes a bad impression to visitors...


@chevenne...just curious, what dedi hardware do you have that you can run 7 of them? we have upgraded some days ago to a DELL R210 II and our provider suggested to have 4 at the start (see above), we initially intenden to have 6 of them.

I have the same problem, last night the server show up but now it say "server dead" im playing on the server right now.

Problem for us solved for at the moment, all 4 serveres being tracked now.

I have the same problem......added our 64 slot BF3 server and all was working fine till yesterday sometime I tihink. Got on here today to try and work on it and found the "query" port set to 25200, changed it to 47200......server showed to be online and working fine....only for a short minute though. Went right back to showing "Dead".

It appears that these servers are scanning correctly now. We did push some updates for BF3 yesterday including a fix to allow alternate query ports for other service providers. Moving this thread to resolved. If you are still experiencing problems, please open a new thread with a link to your server(s).
