Server status dead.

L.S.

I added my teamspeak server to gametracker, the teamspeak server is online 24/7 but the banner in my profile says status: dead.

I have added the ip adress of gametracker to my firewall to listen on the query port which is 10011.

Is there any other ip adress that I might have to add?

*Update:
I have opened up my udp and tcp ports to listen on 10011.
But still it states that my server is dead. After a rescan it says that it is live again, but then after 2 minutes it still goes on dead.

What can be the problem? Please help me

Greets.

Mine is now doing this and has been shown for months...is there a problem with the scanner by chance?

Burn, what Serenity is saying is that our server has been running nonstop for months and now after an apparent issue on your side to which someone from your end responded "it will be fixed soon", it never came back...

Nothing has changed on our side...

Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately we cannot scan your server when your server's permissions do not allow the scanning. Please review the link I posted before again and set up your permissions properly.

After going through hours and hours of searching the TS settings lastnight I found out the problem, thanks.

The Guest Group was removed or Renamed to another sooo... yes it was our end.

All fixed, thanks.
