hi just need to ask , when i try to claim my server it says could not scan the server.
it is for my Black ops server. does anyone know what is wrong please. and what i have to do. |

i bought a Black ops server yesterday , it is the Twisted Redemption server, everytime i go to claim it , all i get is this server cannot scan.

When I click the claim server link for the server in your signature, I get:
WE WERE UNABLE TO VERIFY THAT YOUR SERVER NAME IS 'GAMETRACKER' In order to claim ownership of your server you must temporarily rename it to: GameTracker This server is currently named: Twisted Redemption Please check your game server config file, restart the server, and try again. It may take up to 5-10 minutes to start scanning again after a server restart

thanks for the reply and the help,i have managed to claim it under my old GameTracker profile ,
