In the future, make sure you hit the "Submit" button on the report window so that it is actually submitted.

If the username bonesthemangina is yours, you can use the forgot password feature to recover your lost password.
The best way to prevent this from happening is to not annoy other gamers. If you annoy, insult, frustrate, etc. other gamers, they may start to not like you and try to annoy you back. This particular user decided to claim a bunch of nicknames, but there are a variety of things they could do.
