Dear Sirs,

I represent the most powerful Counter-Strike Community from Romania, LaLeagane Community. We are the no. 1 Community in Gametracker and our servers have been always in top of Gametracker servers. For some time we are facing a powerful flood from other communities. We need your support to solve this problem. The big problem is that when we are receiving the flood, we have to stop external acces to the server that is being flooded. Gametracker is using external servers to scan our servers, that's why when the firewall is activated our servers are shown as offline in Gametracker statistics. Your support could help us to maintain the servers Online and that way to have a real statistic in Gametracker.
We ask you kindly to give us your own solution for helping us, so that we may cooperate in good terms. We are in Romanian gaming market for 5 years and we have at this moment almost 150 servers in our community. We have always used your statistic and at this moment your banners are all over our forum, for each server from our community. Because we all relate our server activity to Gametracker, it is furustrating to see the server Offline when you know that it is online.

Hoping to a more fruitful future cooperation, we salute you and we are waiting for your reply.

Sincerely,

LaLeagane Community Staff

You may want to try investing in decent DDoS protection, instead of just trying to put a band-aid on it by blocking all access to it. Unforuntately if you "have to stop external access to the server" when it is being flooded, there is no point in tracking it since no one could join.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
