My banners that I have on my website do not show the true number of players I have in game. I have 3 servers and all of them have shown incorrect information. My Mw3 hardcore mixed server had 17 out of 18 players for approx 45min last night and the banner said it only had 9 players. This is also been notice in my 2 other BF3 servers. If there is somthing that can be done to fix this I would Appreciate it.

The banners do not show the maximum number of players as that would be an incredibly misleading way to represent the stats. The graph shows the average number of players over the past hour. If it showed 9, that means that you only averaged 9 over the past hour from what GT saw.

I guess what I meen is that in the HISTORICAL DATA at 11:00pm there was 17 players it should show 17 players. Then at 11:30 pm if there was 5 players it should show 5 players or the line on the way down towards 5 player mark on the chart. I had a black ops server and the historical data was very accurate
![]() In the past the chart would have very pointed lines in this instance. What I'm looking for is to see what maps are playing at the time the server is full and or time that it is. Thanks for the quick reply

Again the graph shows an average over the hour. It would be incredibly misleading to just put the max number of players that were on at any given time because that gives absolutely no indication of how popular it was. GT does not plot each and every individual scan player count on the graph for simplicity purposes, as plotting many points would make the graph look messier.
