My server is Minecraft

I have Craft Bukkit and Canary Installed because we use it on the server, the server is not behind a firewall because people can connect from all over.

What could be going wrong? please help

I am not able to ping this server ip. Are you absolutely positive that there is no firewall blocking the connection? It is not sufficient to say that it is not behind a firewall because people can join the server. I would recommend contacting your minecraft host first for support, then come back here and report what you found if there is still a problem, including confirmation of what your query port is since you did not include it in your post.

contacted my host, there is no firewall and the query port is 10000

It has come to my attention that GameTracker has been incorrectly reporting the status of our MineCraft server mc.kingzcraft.net (68.149.157.62) for the past day or two.

Please check that you can connect to our server, as GameTracker was able to connect just days ago and nothing on our end was changed.

Minecraft support was improved earlier today. Please review http://www.gametracker.com/games/minecraft/forum.php?thread=58741 regarding 1.0+ server settings required for tracking. Please reply to this thread if your issue still persists and is on GT's end.

This server appears to be scanning correctly now.

This isn't about Minecraft but when ever I try to join any server it says unable to detect download. Any suggestions?
