1 minute they scan fine every 3 mins or so and then the next thing they scan every 20-45 Mins?? Half the matches are over and never get recorded in that time frame.

Does this occur at specific times of the day? I have not been able to see this happen yet.
Have you confirmed that you can scan your server on HLSW (hlsw.org) during the time this occurs?
