Help! I'm running a srcds TF2 server, and when i try and add it to gametracker i get the cannot scan a private ip error, so typed my ip in the url, went to my router webstie, Which is D-link and changed the IP to something else, But the only way the port will open is if i use my IPV4. And gametracker can't scan it. What do i do??

Do not use your private IP starting with 192.168. Go to www.whatismyip.com
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

i entered my ip from server and it says this write up
help please
