Gametracker cannot scan my server for some reason. Necessary ports are open and can be scanned with HLSW.
Game is Americas Army 2.0
IP/Port = 188.165.212.209:1716 and port 1726
neither server can be scanned but other servers on the same box can.

Are you positive 1726 is the query port? HLSW cannot find one at that query port, but can at 1717.

p3g3sus,

Sorry for the late response. I'm not seeing a response on either of the server addresses you have posted. Please ensure that the server is running, and not currently behind a firewall.

sohil2tiwari,

I'm not seeing a response on your server either. Please ensure that the server is running, and not currently behind a firewall.

swissmerlin,

Your server is functioning correctly. There appears to be a bug on the GT website which is causing stats lookup to fail on your server. I have submitted this information to our developers for further review. This thread will be updated when more information is available.
I do not provide support over PM. Please ask your questions on the GameTracker forums.

Something weird happened to my server today, except mine was running fine until now.

This has to do with the game Urban Terror.

When I got home to the server earlier, the server was down. Let me mention, I'm on a mac ( osx lion )

I re-opened terminal, put in the correct lines as usual, it seems to start up again. So I goto GT and it still shows as dead.

I ended up deleted the Game itself and the server files also and re installed just in case but nothing.

So I look up my IP, still the same IP. The port I assume would be the same to 27960 so I left that and scanned, it says "It cannot be scanned"

Now I'm stuck and don't know what else to look at. -_-

The server is here: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/24.44.13.201:27960/

I am not able to scan this game server on HLSW (hlsw.org). Have you set up the firewall properly so that 27960 is open? This should be the first thing you should check in this case.

I have it the way it was within my router (that firewall in it) and within the firewall on the mac.

And to be even more sure, I ended up removing and adding them again just in case.

( thanks for the quick response by the way )

But yea... still eh =/

Ok I fixed my problem no thanks to the ISP or Router service. I hope this could be of assistance for others that might run into a similar problem, so read this.

This is going to come off as a "Duh" moment so here it goes lol.

I basically did a "reset" on my router ( on link sys, by holding the reset button for 30 seconds ) then re-configuring everything all over again from scratch.

GT scanned and recognized and everything went smoothly again.

I hope this helps someone in the future.

Take care...and thanks for the tries : )
