hi i was wondering about gametracker premium terms of service, how the servers are good quality?... and is it easy to setup/use

and what kind of machines are the servers hosted on/ does a specific company host them?

It would really be helpfull to alot of people if you updated the gt premium section and added more information making it clearer...

The premium servers are an affiliate service of GameServers.com, so they are of great quality. The main difference is that GT Premium servers are entirely self-managed, as is the reason they can be offered for so cheap. You can only get support for billing issues, server is not working, and so on. You are expected to set up mods and configure the server yourself, and thus, the staff cannot help you customize the server and debug issues caused by incorrect mod installation or settings.

You will have FTP access, start/stop/reinstall options, command line editor, auto-mod install, and more. The availability of some of these options are dependent on the capabilities for that game and restrictions by the game developer.

The service strives to be great quality and up all the time, but there may rarely be situations out of anyone's control, such as server hardware failure, that prevent 100% uptime.

But basically dont come with any support...

Yes, if you'll be needing support with setting up the server, adding mods, or other customization support, you can order from GameServers.com.

There still is basic support you have available GT premium for things like a billing error, GT panel is not working, etc.
