Hi I've been using game tracker, adding my servers then adding in banners/widgets to my clan's site to track the server on the site, HOWEVER.. For some reason it displays the name as "Halo" instead of the actual server name we picked. We use Multiplay Servers as our hosts and we've never had this problem till recently

Any ideas what could be the cause of this? I have double checked the hosts and they definitely have the right server name.

If your server is reporting "Halo" as the server name, I would imagine that is the default server name for Halo servers. That would typically indicate that you may have set up the server name incorrectly. If you add your server on HLSW (hlsw.org), you can see that it is reporting "Halo" as the server name.

I have not administrated a Halo server, but you should make sure that the server name variable and value is declared properly (eg. is it spelled correctly, is it enclosed in quotes if necessary, etc). If you have configs split into parts (like some games allow you to separate map lists, gametypes, general settings, etc), is the config with the server name being executed? If you are running a mod, is the server name set up properly in the configs associated with that?

Your best be would be to contact your host if you are not sure what you are doing. They should be able to check the basics for you.
