GameTracker is currently saying my server has been down for the past 24 hours and I am here saying this is untrue it hasn't been and I can't reactivate it on GameTracker. Is there any way a Support Specialist can assist me please?

Please review http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 and if everything is set up properly, please reply back with the IP, port, and query port so this can be checked out.
