Server shows "No players online" after restarting the servers

Hi, i were recently restarting two of my bf2 servers which are since long time back added and claimed here on GT.

However,
When i restarted the servers through BF2cc i went to try out some new banners for the servers and that´s when i found out that my servers were not reporting correct, i went over to see if the stats are working at Game monitor, yes, Game Monitor were scanning my correct so by that to judge i can say that it is not a local issue at the hoster or any other problem, the problem occurs here on Gametracker. I have also been looking around here on the forum for info and seen that other people have the same issues as i have.

The graphs are working properly but GT keeps saying there are "No players online" when the server is actually full.

I have a similar problem with my teamspeak 3 server, i had to restart it some day ago and noticed that GT were showing that the Teamspeak server were Offline when i was currently in it.

PS: I do not think it is neccesary to show you the serverpage for those servers because i know that you guys know what this is all about, it is not a normal scanning issue, it is a major error/bug in your master systems.

So GameTracker, is there any fix for this major issue?

Thanks.

Unfortunately the GT developers will need a link to page(s) to see the bug. They cannot fix something they cannot test, unfortunately. Since I cannot find another server with the described issue, it is not a "major issue" that can be resolved from such a generic report.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
