I contacted my server provider and assured that the firewall is offline. You can actually check that the server is online. The server is romania.arenax.ro . We have a few other servers cs.arenax.ro, ploiesti.arenax.ro, zombie.arenax.ro. They all work well, except romania.arenax.ro. Please help !

Since you did not say, I am assuming the server uses 27015 as the port.

I am not able to scan 93.187.143.218:27015 on HLSW. Your server provider obviously did an incredibly poor job at setting the server up for you. I would recommend contacting them again and have them test it in HLSW or some other tool to see that it is not scanning.

This is our psychostats, where we keep our daily stats about players and other details. You can see that the script embeded in psychostats can read the server.
Another thing is that i actually scanned the server with hlsw and here is the result :

You can see the date and time of the screenshot in the picture.
I even used the connect button in HLSW and the application used my steam to connect to the server, and it worked.
I think that it`s obvious that the problem isn`t from over here...

If this is the case, you are either in the server network or your server provider is blocking all foreign traffic. If it is the latter, you will need to try to convince your provider to be reasonable and allow foreign traffic so GT can scan the server.

It`s the second one i guess...i`ll contactc the server provider and i will post the answer tomorrow. Thank you for the reply.

So...i`ve contacted the server provider and here is the answer : The server is open for foreign traffic. The server can actually be scanned by other sites like : freakz.ro ; gametracker.rs and other. I am sure that is something else the problem...but don`t exactly know what...

I can now scan your server on HLSW, so whatever your provider did must have resolved it as I can now add it http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/93.187.143.218:27015/

What about or server rankings and other ? It looks like there are all GONE !!! What happened ?

You need to wait up to 24 hours for rank to start to go up on your server. It is not immediate unfortunately.
