for some reason gametracker can't scan my ts3 server. i have contected my provider and made sure the query port is open abd what the query port is. i recently had my server moved to chi for better ping and my old server thru them in dallas was able to scan fine but for the life on me i can't add this one.

could you please check into this for me.

1. Your server's join port.
2. Your server's query port.

you can close this thread, you hit the nail on the head and i feel like a noob and should have known to edit the guest premissions to allow gametracker to scan as a guest.
