server was showing down now no onger in database
I have a few we been working on building up and now some are gone.
They were showing as down but they never were.

Servers will be automatically removed from the database after extended downtime.

server was never down at all and it was just added. Your service was false reporting it down.
This was added last 2 weeks and has never been down since. But the banner and page here always said dead till i rescanned it. everyday i had to go in and rescan many times a day.

well really its all of our server disappear for no known reasons we have to rescan many times a day. They all keep going dead which is also why are stats keep going lower.

What did your provider say about the issue preventing GameTracker from scanning your server all of the time?

I do not have any further updates on this issue. Have you contacted your game server provider at all?

Our stats servers cannot reach your servers on IP: 173.224.113.204. This could be one of the following:

1. There is an internet service outage between the GT stats servers and your servers on IP: 173.224.113.204.

2. Your servers are blocking incoming traffic from our stats servers. In this case, you would need to allow traffic from 108.61.78.* to your game servers.
