i try to setting guest permission but it work when user online under 50-

when gametracker status dead my ts3 server work fine how to fix this ? thank you.

Your TS3 server is functioning properly.

The connection from our stats servers to your TS3 appears slow at the time of posting. This is causing your server to appear as "dead". The more populated your server becomes, the more frequently it will appear "dead".

We are not planning any changes to our stats servers which will help improve this issue for you. If we do change our system to help this issue, then I will update this thread.

I didn´t change anything on server config.
On Tuesday it was "alive" and today it´s dead, help me!

You cannot change the IP of an existing page. However, you can add the new server information at http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

If it does not work, you will want to verify a few things:

1. You are running the most recent version of the server.
2. The firewall configuration is not blocking scanning on that port.
3. You are not running additional query plugins.
4. You have retained the necessary server.properties settings for querying.
