server showing dead when server is on checked the port and the firewall all fine

I am not able to scan this server on HLSW, you can confirm this if you'd like to. The best option would be for you to contact your game server provider for help getting it working, but the main things to check for are keeping the server online and opening the TCP/UDP port for your server in the firewall (and portforwarded in the router, if applicable).
