Thank you for providing the details of your investigation on this issue. I have reviewed this problem with our other developers. This is a bug on GT. We will be working to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I do not have a date of when this will be completed.

Your server is configured correctly. With your current configuration, you will not be able to add your server to GT. Although it sounds silly, if you temporarily remove all your server plugins, then restart the server, you should be able to add your server on this page: ( http://www.gametracker.com/servers/ ). I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

Just a quick update - we have resolved this issue on our end. Server and player stats should begin populating on your server shortly.

We are also having the same problem with Minecraft server, can be scanned fine on http://dinnerbone.com/minecraft/tools/status/ but not here, tried adding server to my list, GT just replies with server offline etc etc, default port etc

It's probably safe to say you are not entering the correct information. Dinnerbone cannot find any server on 25566. You can confirm this. However it can find 87.117.192.89:25565:25565 and so can GT.
