You cannot grab information for a specific player. However, if you are a GT Premium user, you can parse feeds for the server page for the online player list, top 50 player list, and general server information.

No, as I mentioned there is no way to grab a particular user (unless these would be in the online players or top 50, then you could select out which players you want). As maybe a less than ideal solution, you could link to the search results that show all members with your tag.
