Hi GameTracker!
can you explain please how do you calculate the rank of the servers? Are you using only Average Player stat? or something else? randomly 2 servers: one got Rank 1 (average of 18 Players Per month) other one got Rank 2 9average of 20 Players Per month). Thanks For your time! Echo |

Hi,
The average player count is a general indicator of where you fit in the overall rank listing. This average is from the past month, just like the rank calculation. However, recent activity on the server is the most important part of the rank. This ensures that the most popular servers are at the top of the ranking. This is just an example, not how it is done, to help illustrate it: 40% of rank: Based on past week of activity (40% of rank is attributed to this week). 60% of rank: Based on 3 weeks before the past week of activity (20% of rank is attributed to each week). So, it would be possible for that 18 average players server to jump ahead of the 20 average players if it was more popular recently. ![]() |

That did not happen, we had more usage last week. Just check the chart.
Also our server is like had 100% of initializing and 0% Bridge, look at colors. why that is happening? Thanks Echoxz LINKS: ![]() ![]() |

Hi,
Those two servers are difficult to tell apart because the graphs are quite close. If you look at the "week" graph, you can see that the n00b (#1) server is doing better. If one is starting to do better than the n00b server, it could easily pass it. Ranking is not on a "live" basis, so you will not see instant updates for today's activity. The main issue for the number 2 server is likely the emptying out at night. That is where I would recommend you try to increase activity, since throughout the day you appear to have slightly more than the other server and you cannot really do much with that given the slot limit. ![]() |
