Hi,
Unfortunately there is no feature to change the IP address of a server page as you have read. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can add the new addresses on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

Its sad because its not possible to change the ip and yet you have to gain current rank with now "hard" work because you start from the beginning.
