Hi cudaker,

You'll need to be more specific for what is not working. If something is not correct, please explicitly state what it should be changed to.

Also, there were more than one server at that IP but I am assuming you are referring to http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/72.26.196.179:7777/
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

yes that's the one
72.26.196.179:7777 is my new server from AOW hosting
for Red Orchestra 2 for a server of 20 players

but in GT is says:

Name: Zombie Land (8 players server )
Game: Red Orchestra 2 à
Address: 72.26.196.179 Port: 7777 Status: Alive

Could this zombie land sever been stuck on my server IP unabling me to claim the server or managing it ? can you reset ?

Hi again,

What should your query port be?

Query port is either 7777 *or* 7778

Hi,

I am not able to find an RO2 server with either of those two query ports on HLSW (hlsw.org). RO2 query ports are usually 27015 or something close to that.

I've noticed that there is a TF2 server at 72.26.196.179:27015. If your server just uses the default port and query port, I suspect it may be conflicting. According to a Google search, RO2 query port can be determined from this http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=72439

So, you may need to have your provider move you to a different port or IP if there is a TF2 server on the 27015 port.
