It was working for a few days... now it says the server is dead. I know I opened the ports for the fact the server showed for 2 days. Please help.

Just have no idea why it worked for two days then stopped? I have a remote desktop and am 100% sure the ports are open.

I am not able to scan this server on HLSW. What changes did you make approximately 20-24 hours ago? That is when it appears to have stopped scanning.

You could try whitelisting GameTracker IPs. Your firewall may have decided to block the scanner IP:

208.167.225.11, 208.167.225.12, 208.167.225.13
or
208.167.225.0/24

108.61.78.147, 108.61.78.148, 108.61.78.149, 108.61.78.150
or
108.61.78.0/24

They are all Whitelisted. Any other Ideas? Thanks for the reply BTW.

Would a reinstall be possible? If you have confirmed the firewall is not a problem and [I am assuming] you have not made any changes that may potentially cause this, perhaps some core server files became corrupt and are resulting in the server not reporting properly.

A reinstall is not possible. Its running on Windows Server 2008 if that helps at all.

Unfortunately, I am not sure what else to suggest to you since it should be working with what you have said so far. If your server would ever empty out, you may want to consider trying a reinstall. If you were to do that, I'd recommend checking the scanning with a default configuration of the server. If it works, you can make your changes and add mods so you can figure out where the problem lies.

Is the server still running off of the same static IP? (so it is not dynamic)

Well i have not changed anything. Now its working..... Very odd.
