I should have made this more clear in my last post - FYI, the email address registered to your account is not: lol-tripp@hotmail.com

yeah I fixed it...the original email i signed up with was lol-tripp@hotmail.com. I started having trouble because the password i sign into on GT website is NOT case sensitive but for GT Lite it is. So when trying to fix all this crap I reset the email to shannon.beatty1979@yahoo.com when it is shannon.beatty1979@hotmail.com.

So i could log into my GT account with my password but not GT Lite because theres some capitals in there and I didnt realize it til i actually got the email right and got the info sent. Thanks for racking yalls brains on this for no reason but another ID10-T error.
