It shows servers are down, but they are online always i was thinking is our problem from our ISP, but after speak with ISP support and testing connectivity the problem was from gametracker. What is the problem exactly ? The servers are onlin 99,9% of all time.

PS: The problem is only on these servers don't know why, we have other servers on those machines who displayed without problems.

Hello xeryy,

Please try whitelisting the GameTracker scanners in your server's firewall and updated the server parameters on the server's manage page.

208.167.225.11, 208.167.225.12, 208.167.225.13, 108.61.78.147, 108.61.78.148, 108.61.78.149, and 108.61.78.150
or
208.167.225.0/24 and 108.61.78.0/24

The GT scanner seems to be stuck waiting for more data from your server. I am not sure if it is a GT bug, but it may be.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Problem fixed thank you very much, IP-s was banned because we suffer some days from flood. Thanks again.
