can anybody tell me why gametracker says my srver ist offline?

1 Offline and 1 Online, but there are both online.

I am not able to scan the posted server on HLSW (hlsw.org). Please ensure that you have the port open in the firewall and the router is portforwarded, if applicable. You may also want to undo whatever you did about 16 hours ago to see if it was the cause.

i dont change anything... witch ips you use to scan ?
