I have tried terminating and reinstalling the L4D2 server that I just rented in a new location but it still reads "VentriloX 24/7 Dust 2".

The strange thing is that the banner has a left 4 dead 2 logo. Also, I was able to claim the server. So I guess it is stuck in limbo between myself and the last people that rented that IP address.

Could a tech please remove the previous server renters hold on that IP address so I can set up and run my server?

I can see that you were able to claim the server - FYI, you can always re-claim the server to remove the previous server renter's "hold" on the server page. No server page becomes locked and unchangeable.

Now that you have claimed it, you are more than welcome to change the game shown yourself. You can also just wait for the nightly scripts to audit the server page's game.

If you were assigned to an IP already in use, please email support at the address mentioned in your premium panel. They will be able to set you up with a new IP address if terminating and re-setting up the server does not change it.
