I want one straight answer from this monitor! if is posibile

if you check montly history data i have per all months grafic more good like one server in rank 6 ! who is posibile to stay in 29 rank GT with 89.246.44.238:27015 !

Check my montly grafick and check some servers in top 10 ! Is not posibil ! i m not able to understand this Monitor what is the criteria .. because my grafick montly show more better but i m going down in top! and servers with fking montly hystory stay in top20 ! I start one new Campaign ... will see

The servers that are currently in the top 10 have more activity than you - yes that is true. However you will notice that there is only a very small difference; thus, there is only the smallest difference in rank between your server and theirs. They are less than one one-hundredth of a percentile ahead of you.
