If you cannot find a server at that IP address, that would indicate that the server is not on the website. In that case, I would recommend you do not worry about trying to delete it... since there is nothing to delete.

But i cant add the Server?! it shows that the Server is already in Database?!

There is only one server on that IP on the site currently. It is 62.75.218.19:27017:27017 and it is your server.

Since there is no server at 62.75.218.19:27015, you are not getting the message that GameTracker cannot scan your server. If it is actually related to your previous posts that you have failed to follow up on, again, then you'll run into the same problem. Waiting a few days won't change that.
