Hi,

I have a small problem to add one of my servers ut2004 on the basis of datum.
I explain, I added the data thus IP address, Port and Query Port except that apparently the detection of my server jams.

Would have a means to solve problem which turns out rather annoying. Thank you !

I am not able to scan that server 77.111.207.14:27845:27946 on GameTracker or HLSW. I would recommend turning the server online if it is not and open your firewall on that port. That should solve your issue.

Hmm, my server is online, always. h24/7.
And to make simpler, the same by deactivating my firewall it changes nothing.
I always try to find the problem.

One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

Hello,

What have you tried so far? Did you read that message?

After you have confirmed that your firewall is not blocking it (and router is portforwarded, if necessary), please post the game, IP, port, and query port so I can test.
