My SWBF2 server, New Republic Killzone on 69.147.227.165:3558 is unable to be added to gametracker. I've talked to Hypernia tech support, had them confirm there were no firewalls in place. Additionally, I even changed server IPs, yet couldn't get it to be scanned. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello delta,
Are they sure on that? This server cannot be scanned when you try to view it through HLSW. HLSW would be a good tool for their support staff to use so they can actually test if things are working. If it is not working with a new IP and no port is blocked, it has to be something on Hypernia's end. SWBF2 servers don't really take much to set up from my understanding. I would recommend trying to add it with a default installation of the game with minimal configuration updates. That will rule out if any mod is conflicting. ![]() |

Also, please post the server's query port. If by chance this is a software bug related to GameTracker, we would need the IP, game port, and query port to investigate.
Best regards. |

Game port's 3658, so shouldn't query port be the same? Rcon port is 4658. I'm on a completely fresh install of the server. I confirmed there were no firewalls active, and I do have a support ticket open at Hypernia. Lastly, I don't think HLSW supports SWBF2. Looking at their list of supported games, I only saw the original SWBF.

Hello again.
It seems that most SWBF2 servers have a matching game port/query port. I'm not familiar enough with the SWBF2 server to know whether or not this is customizable. If this is a field that you have changed, definitely let us know. Also, testing 69.147.227.165:3558 currently results in an "ICMP Destination unreachable (Port unreachable)". I'm sure your provider will give you more information about that. Best regards. |
