Hello blaze,
You can delete your server from the website after you claim it. Click the (claim server) or None - Claim now! link to got to the page you can claim the server on. Once claimed, the delete button will become enabled unless it was automatically added from GT Premium or GameServers.com.

Hello,
There is no way to delete a banner on a clan page at this time.
