Shows server offline...

Hello gametracker,

My communitys jailbreak server has been on gametracker for quite a few months now (8 month i think), and all of a sudden a crash happend to the server, so gametracker showed the server to be offline. Once we got it back up and running (it was down for max. 10 min) gametracker stopped tracking it :/
Atm the server is up and running and all, but gametracker still thinks the server is down. So can u guys solve that issue?

Here is the server IP: 178.32.59.1:27015
Server on gametracker: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/178.32.59.1:27015/

Hello,

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by jailbreak server. Is this some type of "cracked" server? If so, I should let you know that GameTracker does not support these types of servers.

GameTracker can communicate with your server, however your server is returning corrupt stats data. You may need to reinstall your server using the latest official release.

Best regards.

Hello, and thanks for your reply

The server is running the latest hlds build:
Protocol version 48
Exe version 1.1.2.6/Stdio (cstrike)
Exe build: 13:34:34 Jul 30 2012 (5758)

So i guess its legal, since its a build from valve?.. even up to date.

Also we have 5 other community servers that are tracked correctly on gametracker, without any problems. So is there any other solutions to try?

Hello again,

Based on your scenario, it sounds like a configuration issue with the 27015 server. Here's what I would suggest:

- If you are running any custom mods, try disabling them.

- Perhaps you have a firewall rule affecting port 27015. Reviewing your firewall configuration may help.

- Perhaps that server is filtering some traffic to GT. This could be related to firewall or a flood protection mod. Details on whitelisting GT servers can be found in this thread: http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=42545

Hopefully this helps.

We managed to fix it afterall, seems like gametracker was blocked by some of our IP-filters. So the server is now tracked again
