Hi, since few days gametracker has problem with scanning my Counter-Strike 1.6 server. I assume that the problem exist because of players chart. Just look at this chart :

http://cache.www.gametracker.com/images/graphs/server_players.php?GSID=1363523&start=-1w&request=013356597918944535

Server are online all the time. Problem is definitely not on the game server side because I have private class ( wrote on php ) which generates players plots and everything is fine there. I'm looking forward for your help.

Server IP adress : 193.33.176.212:27015
HLDS build : 48/1.1.2.6/Stdio 5758 secure (10)
Gametracker page : http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/193.33.176.212:27015/

I hope that I handed all necessary information.

Regards

Hi marcon,

I tested our scanning system against your server, and did notice an issue. Your server randomly refuses to respond to part of the stats query (when requesting player data). This would explain the dips in the GT graphs. I don't know the exact cause of this - here would be my suggestions:

1. Are you using some type of flood protection? If so, can you whitelist GameTracker? Details are in this thread: http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=42545

2. Is your server being flooded by query requests? This is known as a denial of service attack. You may need to contact your game server provider to have them investigate.

Best regards.

Hi maul,

Thanks for help, I think that problem are solved so this topic might be closed. It was server configuration fault ( anti-flood protection system ).

Best regards.
