Dear Game Tracker Admin,

We run 4 BF3 servers and use your Game Tracker services to keep track of out clan members activity and new applicants activity.

We noticed yesterday that the stats of 2 of our 4 BF3 servers have seem to be reset.

its servers:

81.19.208.28:25220

81.19.208.28:25230

Now we lost a fair bit of information on some people wanting to join us and we where wondering of it would be possible to restore the stats for those server to what they where about 1 or 2 weeks ago?

If you need any more information let me know, in the mean time I hope this can be resolved.

Server stats can be reset for the following reasons:

1) the page owner resets the stats as a whole or individually
2) the server is removed from the site manually or automatically

As you can see, they were not deleted. This would imply that they were reset by the server owner.

Is there any chance this can be reverted (by request from the server owner of course)? For I'm sure this was not done on purpose as we very regularly use your tracking data as mentioned

Unfortunately when stats are deleted, they are removed permanently from the system.
