Hello, yesterday my server was reading fine on my gametracker banner, but today it says it is offline. Yet i can join my ts fine. IP is correct.

The first thing to check is the firewall. Please make sure the query port is open in the firewall (or perhaps also the router). Next, check the permissions to make sure they are all enabled http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258

thanks. got the three permissions open on the server, i wonder if it is an ip address issue. i would like to add the ip addresses to the whitelist, is there some documentation somewhere on how to do this? if its using telnet or putty or something else?

I am not quite sure of the available commands via telnet so I am not sure if the whitelisting could be done via telnet. I would recommend contacting your provider and asking them to whitelist the IP's in the .txt file as they would have access to the server files.
