This servers working but when i try to update or scanning again the server says its Dead?

I have a similar problem when i added my server it was working nice and now when i start my server its running but GT not showing my server online it is showing dead.help plz

The server in your favorites 139.190.204.129:27015 is not responding to a stats request. Have you opened the port in your firewall?

Does the server have a static IP? (one that does not change)

Is it currently configured correctly to bind to that IP?

Yes i have opened the port and i dont have a static ip how to get it??
I think that the problem is with my public ip cause when i restart my computer it changes of course and then when i run my server, GT don't show it Alive because that server is set on my previous ip and GT don't change it automatically.
Then what should i do.

You may need to contact your internet service provider to determine if they can offer you a static IP. Many charge for this. You may want to check out a professional provider like www.gameservers.com/ which will provide a static IP.

I think i should first try with my internet service provider.
