Under the CS:GO server list there are 2x #19's and no #20.

Hello,
This is valid. If servers are calculated to have the same rank, they will all show at the lowest rank they fall in. Any rank missed will be skipped in the numbering scheme. For example: Five servers ranked 19th would go like this: 19. Server 1 19. Server 2 19. Server 3 19. Server 4 19. Server 5 24. Server 6
