GT is a good service, just dont need it or want it, my server is private and would like to keep it that way.

ive tried turning off any configuration that will send info of my server to anyone on mymcadmin control panels even snooping, is there any file specific i would have to mess with? any help is apreciated

What you can do is "undo" the changes you would have made to enable scanning. You can view our Minecraft server scanning setup guide here http://www.gametracker.com/games/minecraft/forum.php?thread=58741 and basically redo it, but do the opposite.

do you know how long would it take for the server to be off the GT list?

If you have claimed the server, you can delete it immediately. If you have not claimed it, it may take a week or more after it shows down.
