GameTracker is stuck waiting for more data from your server, which seems to be the player list. I would recommend undoing any modifications you made to the server to determine if any of them altered the query protocol for your server.
Additionally, I have deleted and blocked the second copy of this server.

Oh that was not supposed to be listed. Also thanks i have iptables blocking that query and have fixed it now.
