Hello,

You may want to try adding the scanner IPs to your firewall whitelist http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=42545

I have been able to update parameters on some of those to get them scanning, but for others GT is not receiving a response from your server(s).

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
