For some reason this server won't update itself and just shows up as offline or dead even though it's up the whole time.

The name of the server keeps reverting to gametrackerclaimserver, and when i hit claim server it tells me something about the query port messed up.

I tried claiming it again. But the name just reverts back to gametrackerclaimserver, and then tells me when I claim it that the server cannot be scanned even though it's up and running.

I'm hoping for any assistance here...

We will be sure to let you know when there is an update. With Hurricane Sandy, staff are currently occupied and cannot attend to this immediately.

Been a couple days already. If anyone else has any idea what I might be able to do to fix it that would be so helpful. meanwhile, i'll contact my host and see if there's anything on their end.

There is currently no power in the main office where the developers work.

While I thought there was a possibility there was a bug when I originally replied, I can see that your server is not reporting the full data back to the GT scanners at the current time.

Please open the port in your firewall for UDP outgoing traffic. Thanks.
